Junior Achievement of Georgia is seeking a Simulation Specialist to support program set‑up, facilitation, and clean‑up for JA BizTown and Finance Park experiences. You will engage teachers and middle school students, guiding discussions and activities while delivering excellent customer service to volunteers and visitors.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Facilitation, coaching, and presentation experience is necessary; computer literacy a must.
• Demonstrated collaboration and strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter who enjoys providing exceptional customer‑focused service and building mutually beneficial networks of supporters.

Responsibilities

• Support simulation managers on program set‑up, facilitation, and clean‑up.
• Facilitate valuable discussions with teachers and engage middle school students in simulation activities.
• Provide a high level of customer service to visitors (volunteers, teachers, students).
• Work as part of JA Discovery Center Experience Team with strong communication and collaboration.
