Job summary

Junior Achievement of Georgia is seeking an energetic program facilitator to support middle school simulations and on-site learning experiences at the Mike and Lynn Cottrell JA Discovery Center of North Georgia. You will emcee simulations, train and guide 20-40 volunteers, coordinate daily schedules for up to 150 students, and ensure a high-energy, safe, and educational environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years of work experience, diverse educational backgrounds welcome, strong teamwork,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience.
• Candidates of all degree and academic certification levels will be considered.
• Strong cross-functional team collaboration, communication, presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Emcee onsite simulations (approx. 4.5 hours) in front of 130+ students/volunteers.
• Facilitate onsite volunteer training daily (60-90 minutes) and guide 20-40 volunteers.
• Design and execute high-quality learning experiences during JA BizTown and JA Finance Park visits.
• Manage engagement of up to 150 students per day and coordinate schedules/logistics.
• Deliver a consistent, high-energy experience during the school year.
• Assist in inventory tracking for simulation resources and provide tech support.
