Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a Belmont University student.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (retail or customer service).
• Experience working with children/teens.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with time and on-your-feet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Emcee JA BizTown/JA Finance Park simulations for large groups (50–150 students/volunteers).
• Work with smaller student groups to ensure concept understanding.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot simulation software/storefront tech.
• Create a positive experience for students, teachers, and volunteers with JA staff.
• Assist with leading on-site volunteer training.
• Ensure facility is prepared and reset each morning for next day’s students.
• Uphold quality standards: honesty, integrity, excellent customer service.
