Job summary

Junior Achievement of Georgia is seeking an onsite operations lead for the JA Discovery Center CSRA. You will oversee daily simulations, volunteer coordination, and curriculum-aligned experiences for middle school students across multiple districts.

You will emcee sessions, train volunteers, and ensure high energy, quality delivery across 175 school-year days while safeguarding safety and program resources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience
• Candidates of all degree and academic certification levels will be considered
• Strong cross‑functional team collaboration, communication, presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically, as well as make quick and sound decisions
• Strong computer skills; high level of customer service
• Works well in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

• Emcee the onsite simulation (approx. 4.5 hours) in front of 130+ people
• Facilitate onsite volunteer training daily (60-90 minutes) and guide 20-40 volunteers
• Design and execute a best‑in‑class learning experience for JA BizTown and JA Finance Park visits
• Manage onsite engagement of up to 150 students per day and coordinate schedules
• Deliver a high‑energy experience every day during the school year
• Assist in inventory tracking for all simulation resources and provide tech support
