Job summary

Junior Achievement of Georgia seeks a Simulation Manager for JA BizTown/JA Finance Park in Augusta. You will oversee onsite operations for the JA Discovery Center, coordinating programs for thousands of middle school students and volunteers annually.

Responsibilities include emceeing simulations (~4.5 hours), training 20–40 volunteers, designing engaging learning experiences, and ensuring smooth daily schedules and reporting. Strong communication in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically and make quick decisions
• Strong computer skills and high level of customer service
• Works well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Emcee onsite simulation for large groups (~150 students/volunteers) daily
• Facilitate onsite volunteer training (60-90 minutes) and guide 20-40 volunteers
• Design and execute engaging learning experiences aligned with curriculum
• Manage daily simulation schedule and logistics for up to 150 students
• Ensure operational readiness and safety procedures
