Job summary

Junior Achievement of Georgia is seeking a Simulation Specialist to support the JA Discovery Center Experience. You will assist simulation managers with setup, facilitation, and clean-up, and foster engaging discussions with teachers while guiding middle school students through JA BizTown and JA Finance Park.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment; you should be comfortable public speaking and able to stand for long periods while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, and/or relevant work experience.
• Facilitation, coaching, and presentation experience is necessary; computer literacy a must.
• Demonstrated collaboration and strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Self-starter who enjoys providing exceptional customer-focused service and networking.

Responsibilities

• Support simulation managers with program set-up, facilitation and clean-up.
• Facilitate discussions with teachers and engage middle school students in activities.
• Help students navigate JA BizTown and JA Finance Park.
• Provide high level of customer service to volunteers, teachers and students.
