Qualifications

  • Strong candidates will have experience in facilitating successful youth development programs.
  • Must possess a track record of successful collaboration and communication, and be organized, dependable, and flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Support high school student recruitment and retention for fall, spring, and summer iterations of the Educational Pipeline Program.
  • Chaperone four fall career exposure events at Penn; travel with and supervise students during spring sessions on the University campus.
  • Help with classroom management during fall and spring sessions.
  • Provide feedback about the curriculum and instruction during the spring Educational Pipeline Program.
  • Attend meetings as needed with Netter Center staff and report task completion and updates.
