Job summary

Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs seeks a Seasonal Part-Time Clerical professional to support the SYE program in Philadelphia. The role involves coordinating outreach, enrollment, and site support, with extensive travel within the Greater Philadelphia area.

You will assist in data management, documentation, and mentoring youth participants. Required are strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, plus a background in youth-focused nonprofit work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience working with youth ages 14–24.
• Experience mentoring youth and working in nonprofit/education sectors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach, recruitment and enrollment sessions for youth.
• Manage data entry and file maintenance, including background checks.
• Ensure youth and placement sites meet program requirements and enrollments.
• Support program managers; provide admin tasks and reporting.
