Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in education, youth development, or related field.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage youth at risk of not completing their secondary education.
• Develop individualized education plans aligned with academic and career goals.
• Facilitate access to tutoring, GED/HSED, vocational training, and precollege programs.
• Connect youth to career exploration opportunities including job shadowing and internships.
• Refer youth to life skills programs covering financial literacy, time management, communication, and other essential competencies.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and W-2 staff to ensure coordinated support.
• Monitor academic progress and provide ongoing encouragement and guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and outcomes.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and program regulations.
