Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in education, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult education, workforce development, or case management.
• Knowledge of GED/HSED, ESL, and vocational training programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist W-2 participants in identifying and enrolling in educational programs.
• Conduct transcript reviews and assess educational history for eligibility.
• Develop individualized education plans aligned with employment goals.
• Connect participants with community education providers and supports.
• Monitor progress and support program completion and workforce readiness.
• Collaborate with FEPs and staff to integrate education goals into IEP.
• Maintain documentation of activities, progress, and outcomes.
• Stay informed about local education resources and funding opportunities.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
