Job summary

Community Action Pioneer Valley, Inc. is seeking a Youth/Young Adult Career Navigator to support 14-22 year-olds in education, training, and employment pathways. You will perform outreach, case management, resume and interview coaching, and coordinate with partners to expand opportunities.

The role emphasizes equity, strength-based support, and collaboration across Youth & Workforce Development Programs, with occasional travel and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience working with youth/young adults.
• Bi-lingual/Bicultural (Spanish/English) preferred.
• CPR/First Aid (will provide if needed).
• Experience with data management and outcome tracking.
• Knowledge of Franklin and Hampshire counties resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual support and case management for 20-25 participants.
• Assist with assessments and progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with community partners and coalitions.
• Coordinate services and opportunities for participants.
• Maintain weekly schedules and complete required paperwork.
• Travel regularly within the service area; remote work per policy.
