Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club seeks a Youth Development Specialist 20 to oversee facility safety, programming, and childcare operations at our Fort Worth sites. You will ensure child safety, administer reports, and deliver engaging youth services.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 6 months of youth experience, and the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid; you will be a positive role model and work during program hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with youth.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification; pass agency background/screens.

Responsibilities

• Facility and Child Safety: adhere to health and safety policies and protect members, staff, equipment, and facilities.
• Administrative Compliance: complete reports on time and manage data accurately.
• Programming: manage assigned programming and activities and maintain a culture of safety.
• Childcare Operations: provide excellent customer service and enforce all safety protocols.
• Relationships: be a positive role model and build rapport with youth and families.
• Attendance: maintain regular attendance and work scheduled hours.
