Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County seeks a part-time School Site Coordinator to lead after-school programs at assigned Fort Worth school sites. You will guide site operations, ensure youth safety, and implement BGCGTC programming focused on Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Positive Citizenship.

The role requires 6 months of youth experience, a high school diploma (some college preferred), and the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and Texas licensing as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with youth.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for licensed childcare site director.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coach staff to deliver site programs and operations.
• Ensure safety practices, incident reporting, and adherence to health policies.
• Complete required reports and manage data for program measurement and compliance.
• Oversee programming quality, site operations, and adherence to BGCGTC policies.
• Maintain licensing requirements mandated by Texas and ensure a safe site environment.
