Job summary

The Site Coordinator - FT at the Boys & Girls Club Fort Worth site leads day-to-day operations, ensures child safety, and implements program activities aligned with the organization’s mission.

You will manage administrative tasks, data reporting, licensing compliance, and collaborate with school partners, parents, and staff to deliver high-quality youth services; a strong focus on safety and positive youth development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with youth.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for licensed childcare site director.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and ensure safety and program quality.
• Maintain compliance with administrative policies and data reporting.
• Oversee site programming and staff coaching.
• Represent the Boys & Girls Club to partners and stakeholders.
• Maintain attendance and ensure on-time presence.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
