Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead daily operations for workforce solutions in New Mexico. You will supervise staff, coordinate program activities, and ensure compliance with funding requirements while fostering youth development and community partnerships.

The role emphasizes education, outreach, and collaboration with community stakeholders to improve participant outcomes and program performance. Regular daytime hours and full-time employment are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Social Sciences, Community or Regional Planning, Business Administration, Human Services, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field.
Three+ years of combined professional experience in education, youth development, workforce development, or related fields.
Experience working with adolescents/young adults facing barriers to education or employment.
Must have access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Promote CPLC NM and its mission and programs throughout the State as required/requested.
Provide support, coordination and supervision of staff.
Ensure staff accountability, productivity, policy compliance and best practice on assigned programs/projects.
