Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. seeks a Community Services Coordinator to support HELP New Mexico CSBG program activities and reporting. You will assist with staff training, data collection, and partnership development to enhance services for low-income families.

Travel to designated counties weekly, supervise Community Support Advocates, and help design service delivery models while ensuring compliance with CSBG funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Family Studies or related field with 2 years of experience in employment/training programs or social services
