Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. seeks a Clinical Program Manager in New Mexico to provide strategic and clinical leadership for Medicaid-funded behavioral health services within the Supportive Housing and Homelessness Response pillar.

You will oversee CPSS implementation, quality, and compliance across multiple programs, ensuring recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care and proper documentation for Medicaid reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, LMFT or related field.
• Independently licensed in NM as LCSW/LPCC/LMFT.
• Eligible to provide clinical supervision per NM requirements.
• Minimum 2–3 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with Medicaid billing, documentation, and compliance.
• Experience with vulnerable populations including homelessness, mental health, or substance use.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Criminal history background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for Medicaid-funded behavioral health services within the Supportive Housing pillar.
• Oversee implementation, quality, and compliance of CPSS across key programs.
• Drive clinical oversight, program development, quality assurance, and documentation for Medicaid reimbursement.
• Supervise CPSW Leads and CPSWs to maintain a high-performing, recovery-oriented team.
• Collaborate with IHHS and shared services to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Support staff development, coaching, and adherence to service delivery standards.
