Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. in New Mexico seeks a Clinical Program Manager to provide strategic and clinical leadership for Medicaid-funded behavioral health services within the Supportive Housing pillar. You will oversee CPSS implementation across programs, ensure MAD compliance, and drive quality assurance.

This role supervises CPSW leads and workers, guides staff development, and partners with leadership to expand Medicaid billable services in shelter-based and housing-focused settings.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Independently licensed in NM as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT (or eligible).
• Supervisory board-approved clinical supervisor credential (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with Medicaid billing, documentation, and compliance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure alignment with MAD requirements and trauma-informed care.
• Foster staff development and adherence to service delivery standards.
