Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years’ experience working with youth and families.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a range of noncompetitive programs for drop-in youth and visitors daily.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members.
• Recruit, train and manage volunteers; provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Engage parents regarding club participation and expectations.
• Maintain safety and supervise members; manage program equipment and supplies.
