Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, direct, and coordinate operations; supervise staff; manage facilities and budgets.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages Teen Services across Headquarters and Club sites.
• Oversees staff supervision, training, and program delivery.
• Manages facilities, equipment, and supplies; ensures safety standards.
• Coordinates annual training, reporting, and grant-related activities.
• Develops partnerships with parents, schools, and community organizations.
• Leads marketing and public relations efforts to raise program visibility.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by COO.
