We are looking for passionate Youth Development Professionals to empower children at Heber Valley Elementary. The Details

• Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
• Location: Heber Valley Elementary
• Schedule: Part-Time (Estimated 22-26 hours/week). Monday (Approx. 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM) and Tuesday-Friday (Approximately 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM).
• Commitment: September 21, 2026 - May 28, 2027 (Summer program opportunities available!)

What You Will Do

• Mentor & Engage: Build positive, supportive relationships with youth through active engagement.
• Lead the Fun: Facilitate and participate in games, recreational activities, and enrichment programs both indoors and outdoors.
• Support Growth: Help children develop social and emotional intelligence by modeling positive communication, empathy, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain Safety: Provide active supervision to ensure a physically and emotionally safe space for all participants.

What We Are Looking For
