Qualifications

• Experience working with youth (ages 5–18) in educational, recreational, or team settings preferred.
• Reliable team player with a positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in paid training and professional development.
• Ability to supervise children, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and engage youth through active relationship-building.
• Lead the fun by facilitating games, recreational activities, and enrichment programs indoors and outdoors.
• Support growth by modeling positive communication, empathy, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain safety with active supervision for a safe space.
