Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support after-school programs. You will engage youth aged 5–18 through mentorship, sports, and recreational activities, building positive relationships in a welcoming environment.

The role is part-time, 15–22 hours per week, with typical hours 2:00pm–6:00pm, Monday–Friday, August 6, 2026 through May 21, 2027. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, and you will participate in paid staff meetings and professional

What You'll Do

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

• Typical Hours: Monday–Friday (2:00pm-6:00pm)
