Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club of Maury County is seeking youth program staff to run after-school and summer activities for K-12th grade members at our Southern Hills site. You will implement engaging activities aligned with academic, health, and character goals, supervise groups, and ensure safety and positive behavior.

The role is part-time, in-person, with afternoon/evening shifts and summer hours; pay starts at $13.00-$14.00 per hour and includes a flexible schedule and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Some experience with children preferred.
• Must relate to youth and make activities FUN.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on youth programs focused on Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship.
• Maintain safety and positive conduct during activities.
• Prepare materials, read lesson plans, and set up day-to-day activities.
• Record attendance and complete timesheets accurately.
• Engage with parents and collaborate with peers as a team.
