Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Maury County is looking for dedicated staff to execute hands-on youth programs across K-12 settings in Pulaski, Spring Hill, Mount Pleasant, and nearby sites.

This part-time role focuses on safe, engaging activities that support academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character. Expect 20–25 hours per week with after-school and summer shifts, in-person work, and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Some experience working with children is preferred.
• Able to relate to youth and keep activities engaging and FUN.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on programs for youth across Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials for daily activities.
• Maintain safety and positive conduct among members.
• Record attendance and complete required paperwork on time.
