Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support after-school programs at Cherry Hill Elementary. Join a team dedicated to empowering children through engaging activities, socio-emotional growth, and a safe environment.

The role is part-time, 15–22 hours/week, with a pay range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour and August 9, 2026 – May 21, 2027 commitment. Summer opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth ages 5–18 in educational or recreational settings.
• Reliable team player with strong communication.
• Willingness to participate in paid training.
• Ability to supervise children and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mentor & Engage: Build positive relationships with youth through active engagement.
• Lead the Fun: Facilitate games, activities, and enrichment programs indoors and outdoors.
• Support Growth: Model positive communication, empathy, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain Safety: Provide active supervision to ensure a safe space.
