Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Maury County in Spring Hill, TN seeks part-time youth program staff to run hands-on activities for K-12 students, focusing on Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship.

You will read lesson plans, prepare materials, supervise groups, ensure safety, record attendance, and assist with scheduling. Pay is $13.00–$14.00 per hour, with 20–25 hours weekly, and summer hours of 25+.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children, especially in group settings, preferred.
• Ability to engage youth and supervise activities while keeping them FUN.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on programs with youth across academics, health, and character outcomes.
• Prepare youth for success by facilitating activities and mentoring.
• Maintain safety and proper conduct; enforce discipline per policy.
• Record attendance and submit timesheets on time.
• Assist with special programs and events as needed.
