Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Maury County in Tennessee is seeking part-time Youth Program Assistants to deliver hands-on programs for K-12 youth, focusing on Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship. You’ll plan activities, supervise groups, and support youth development under supervision at the club site.

The role requires a High School diploma, prior experience with children, and a passion for mentoring.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Some experience working with children is required.
• Experience with Boys & Girls Club preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on programs for youth aligned with outcomes.
• Prepare lesson materials and support day-to-day activities.
