Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Manager to lead Guides, coach life skills workshops, and build a campus-ready culture focused on excellence.

You'll coach teams, drive student outcomes with data, and help launch new campuses from the ground up. This full-time, on-site role offers relocation support and immediate access to benefits, with a compensation level of $200,000 USD per year paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in youth development, coaching, education, or leadership.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ people, incl. hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance.
• Experience with children aged 5–14 in educational/coaching settings.
• Willingness to relocate to Alpha campuses.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Launch and establish new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence and accountability.
