Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Program Manager to lead Guides, coach Teams, and drive life-skills outcomes for K-12 students across multiple campuses. You will build high-performing Guides and establish a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

This full-time role requires relocation to or work at Alpha campuses and a track record of launching and scaling teams. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in education or related leadership, and a commitment to an education model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5–14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, or campus, with willingness to open a new campus from zero.
• Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field

Master's degree preferred
