Alpha is hiring a Youth Program Manager to build high-performing guides, deliver engaging life skills experiences, and maintain uncompromising standards for student success.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 5+ years in education leadership, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and the ability to open new campuses. Relocation support is available; compensation is $200,000 USD per year with weekly pay and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses in multiple markets.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
