Alpha is seeking a Lead Guide to build and coach a high-performing team across select US campuses. You will develop leaders, foster a culture of excellence, and drive life-skills programs that empower K-12 students to exceed expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, performance, and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to work on-site at an Alpha campus with relocation support.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational/ coaching setting.

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
