Job summary

YMCA of Greater Houston is seeking a Youth Development Leader to join our before/after school and day camp programs in Humble, TX. You’ll create a safe, fun, and enriching environment where children are supported, valued, and eager to learn.

In this role you’ll supervise activities, guide positive behavior, lead engaging activities, and model YMCA values while building strong relationships with families and school partners. Part-time hours align with ISD calendars.
