Job summary

YMCA of Greater Houston seeks a Youth Development Leader to support before/after-school and day camp programs in Katy, Conroe, and Humble ISDs. You will create a safe, engaging environment, lead activities, and build relationships with youth and families.

Part-time role with flexible schedules, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive team focused on community impact.

Responsibilities

• Keep children safe, engaged, and accounted for at all times.

• Lead games, projects, and hands-on learning aligned with YMCA curriculum.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe program space.
• Build relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Follow child-protection policies and sign-in/out procedures.
