YMCA of Greater Houston is hiring a Youth Development Leader to support before/after-school and day camp programs. You will help create a safe, fun, and enriching environment where youth feel supported, valued, and excited to learn.

Responsibilities include championing safety, guiding positive behavior, leading activities, and building strong relationships with children, families, and school staff. You will model YMCA values and help meet licensing standards.
