Job summary
Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Manager to build a coaching culture that helps students love learning, master academics rapidly, and develop resilience and leadership.
You will coach and develop Guides, lead weekly life-skills workshops for K-8 students, and use performance data to drive improvements across your cohort and campus.
On-site roles are available at Dallas, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Austin, TX; and Oklahoma City, OK, with relocation support provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coach adults.
- Experience using metrics to diagnose issues and drive improvements.
- Willingness to work on campus in multiple TX/OK locations.
Responsibilities
- Build a coaching culture where Guides develop students who love school and show resilience.
- Lead life-skills workshops for K-8 students using proven playbooks.
- Use performance data to identify opportunities and coach Guides to improve.
- Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals.
- Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence.
