Job summary

Alpha School is hiring a role centered on coaching Guides who work directly with students, developing them into exceptional coaches rather than classroom instructors. You will lead life skills workshops, use performance data to improve outcomes, and run a student cohort to model high standards.

On-campus roles are available across Dallas, OKC, Austin, and Fort Worth, with relocation support. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching excellence, and data-informed decisions to elevate student

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or related field.
• Experience leading a team of five or more adults with performance-based termination decisions.
• Proven ability to use performance metrics and data to diagnose problems and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency, energy, and uncompromising standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use student and Guide performance data to identify coaching opportunities, remove barriers, and drive measurable improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals and consistently achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort while modeling coaching excellence and accountability.
