Alpha is hiring for a Learning and Development Manager who will coach guides and lead life skills workshops for K-8 students at multiple Texas campuses (Dallas, Austin, Fort Worth) and Oklahoma City. You’ll use performance data to drive coaching excellence and lead cohorts to high standards.

You will work on an AI-enhanced education model focused on resilience, leadership, and real-world skills, with a strong emphasis on coaching over traditional instruction.

Qualificações

• Experience coaching and developing staff

• Ability to use performance data to drive improvements

• Develop Guides who deliver Alpha's coaching model
