Job summary

Alpha seeks a Learning And Development Manager to coach Guides, elevate coaching standards, and shape a culture where students learn through AI-powered coaching. You will lead life-skills workshops for K-8 students, monitor performance data to remove barriers, and manage your own cohort while modeling excellence and accountability.

This full-time, on-site role requires campus presence in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, or Oklahoma City, with relocation support and a $150,000 USD/year salary paid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in education, learning and development, coaching, or youth leadership.
• Experience leading a team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.
• Ability to use performance metrics to diagnose problems and drive results.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency, energy, and uncompromising standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students using proven playbooks.
• Use student and Guide performance data to identify coaching opportunities, remove barriers, and drive measurable improvements every week.
• Lead motivation sessions that help every student take ownership of ambitious goals and consistently achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort while modeling coaching excellence and accountability you expect from every Guide.
