The Salvation Army CorP Charlotte's Red Shield Youth Center is seeking a Youth Development Professional to assist in planning and leading center activities within a structured program area.

You will support youth development outcomes, help with registration and orientation, and collaborate with program leaders to create an engaging, safe environment that aligns with our mission to do the Most Good.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children and youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Youth for Success by facilitating participation and orientation.
• Assist in program development and implementation, ensuring safety and quality.
• Maintain facility and equipment in good condition and assist with repairs as needed.
• Participate in special programs and events and contribute to outreach efforts.
