Job summary

Salvation Army's Red Shield Youth Center in Sapulpa, Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated team member to assist program leaders in planning and delivering youth activities. The role supports the center's priority outcomes by fostering an engaging, safe, and empowering environment where young people can grow Christ-like character and leadership.

You will help with program development, registration, orientation, and supervision, as well as facility and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing youth programs and activities.
• Assist with registration and orientation for new members.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on programs and safety.
• Assist with outreach to sustain and increase program participation.
• Maintain facility and equipment in good order.
• Follow Salvation Army policies and procedures.
• Participate in special programs/events as needed.
