The Salvation Army Red Shield Youth Centers (RSYC) seeks a dedicated leader to plan, supervise, and evaluate youth-focused program services. You will coordinate curriculum, training, and daily operations to deliver safe, engaging activities that promote Christ-like character and youth leadership development.

You will collaborate with RSYC Directors, manage budgets, monitor compliance, and ensure high-quality program outcomes while maintaining strong community partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two years of work experience planning and supervising activities for youth.
• CPR and First Aid certifications desired or required.

Aufgaben

• Plan and supervise the administration and analysis of center-wide program curriculum and activities that support The Salvation Army Red Shield Youth Centers Youth Development Strategy.
• Collaborate to coordinate onboarding and training of staff to meet current needs and funding requirements.
• Monitor budgets, maintain records and reporting, and ensure safety and program impacts.
