Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with At Risk Youth.
• Ability to obtain/maintain childcare certification.
• Ability to rotate shifts when needed.
• Demonstrate cultural competence with diverse populations.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students.
• Assist in instruction in the absence of a teacher.
• Monitor attendance and address off-task behaviors.
• Represent the agency in home school transition meetings and team meetings.
• Collaborate with school staff to maintain safe, productive learning environments.
• Supervise clients within staffing ratios and ensure therapeutic engagement.
