The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking a Youth Development Director in Brookhaven, GA, to provide hands-on leadership for youth programs, afterschool operations, and community partnerships. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in child development, recreation, elementary education, or related field OR High School/GED with 4+ years of people/program management experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage operating plans to promote program growth, impact, and safety.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of staff/volunteers related to the department.
• Manage branch grant program to ensure compliance with grant standards, policies, and budget.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, develop, schedule, supervise, and evaluate Afterschool Departments for multiple branches.
• Ensure program standards and safety procedures are followed and budgets are monitored.
