Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma.
• Experience working with youth in school, club, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of planning and facilitating activities.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; able to work collaboratively as a team.
• Understanding of youth development and trauma-informed practices preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day operations and program flow at the Club/site.
• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate programming.
• Facilitate programs aligned with curriculum and organizational expectations.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and grant requirements (DHS, Better Beginnings, USDA).
• Accurately track attendance and enter data into systems as required.
• Support meal program documentation and procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, emotionally safe spaces.
• Provide floor coverage and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Build positive relationships with youth and families, fostering belonging and safety.
• Develop strong partnerships with families and school staff; communicate program updates.
• Collaborate with school personnel to align youth needs with site activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
