Job summary

The Club Services in Chicago seeks a Club Coordinator to oversee day-to-day youth development programs and staff procedures, planning activities, training staff, and collaborating with community partners to support recruitment and retention.

You will supervise Youth Development staff, ensure safety and engagement, collect outcome data for grants, and coordinate with schools and volunteers to meet attendance and program goals. A background in youth work and college enrollment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles related to youth development and effective group leadership.
• Ability to plan effectively and manage program activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, volunteers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement programs for youth members.
• Plan field trips.
• Coordinate special events.
• Assist volunteers when assigned.
• Responsible for program reports, including BGCA reporting.
• Evaluate program staff on a regular basis.
• Ensure attendance goals by engaging schools and community events.
• Supervise Youth Development staff and provide materials.
