Job summary

Alpha hires for a Youth Development Specialist to travel to campuses across the United States, delivering life-skills workshops and coaching students to hit weekly targets. You will be posted to different campuses every 1–3 months, with all travel accommodation arranged by Alpha.

You will run workshops, coach 1:1 and in small groups, using Coachbot analytics and weekly incentives to help 90%+ of students reach their targets. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to be posted away from home 1–3 months at a time.
• Based anywhere in the US, near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting curriculum.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups using analytics and weekly goals.
• Administer and score assessments to prove skill progress.
• Achieve full standard within the first week at each campus.
• Hand over progress documentation at posting end.
