Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Youth Development Manager to lead outcomes for K-3 students and Guides, coaching teams to deliver exceptional academic and life skills. This in-person role is based at Alpha campuses in New York City or Miami, with relocation support provided.

You will use data and direct feedback to drive improvements and scale a high-performing coaching culture. You will also develop repeatable playbooks, train Guides, and lead workshops to foster motivation, resilience, collaboration, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 5 years of experience with elementary-aged children.
Experience leading teams of five or more people.
Experience building/growing a program or initiative.
Demonstrated use of data to improve performance.

Responsibilities

Coach Guides and students using performance data and feedback to achieve improvements.
Facilitate workshops for K-3 focused on life skills.
Lead coaching sessions linking motivation to academic growth.
Build and refine coaching playbooks to raise performance.
Train and mentor Guides with strong coaching practices.
