Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Manager to coach K-3 Guides and students using data and observation to drive measurable improvements. You will run workshops, lead coaching sessions, and develop repeatable playbooks to raise performance across the Guide team.

You'll work in person at Alpha campuses in New York City or Miami, with relocation support. This full-time W2 role offers six-figure compensation and weekly pay, reflecting a strong focus on outcomes and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with elementary-aged children (ages 5-9).
• Experience leading teams of five or more people and hiring decisions.
• Experience building or growing a program, school, or initiative with data-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data, observations, and feedback to drive improvements.
• Facilitate workshops for K-3 students focused on communication, resilience, collaboration and life skills.
• Lead coaching sessions that connect motivation to academic growth and independence.
• Build and refine coaching playbooks that raise performance across the Guide team.
• Train and mentor Guides while modeling exceptional coaching and facilitation daily.
