YWCA Central Massachusetts, Inc. in Worcester, MA 01608 is hiring a part-time Youth Development Advocate at 20 hours weekly. The role supports the Youth Development Department by delivering prevention activities, education, and training to program participants.

You will assist in Transformations program activities, Girls Choice units, and Family Fun Fridays while coordinating field trips and maintaining participant data. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Formación

• High school diploma required; youth experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience engaging youth and families from diverse backgrounds is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in recruiting middle school and high school girls for programs.
• Maintain engagement data including intake and surveys.
• Coordinate field trips and transportation for participants.
• Plan activities addressing gender stereotypes, boundaries, and character development.
• Facilitate Family Fun Fridays and weekend program events when possible.
• Support outreach at community events and events outreach.
